About Our Properties

Selecto Property Management is a family-owned Dallas based property management company specializing in rental properties in the Dallas area. We are local, accessible, and are there to help our renters when they need us.

The properties are located primarily in North Oak Cliff area near the Bishop Arts District and include both small multi-family units and single family homes. While our properties are in the older historic areas all have been renovated, modernized and have central AC and heating. All our properties are in stable multi-cultural neighborhoods with highly rated schools. It is our goal to give personal service to each of our clients at reasonable prices. We welcome children and pets.

Selecto Properties is integrated into the vibrant part of Oak Cliff, adjacent to or inside of the Bishop Arts District. Our properties are renovated to offer modern convenience, yet historic and teeming with local history. The neighborhood offers all of the convenience and "hipness" of Uptown without the premium cost.

As part of this unique neighborhood, our tenants enjoy an eclectic mix of restaurants, distinctive shops, and cultural events.
